We are thrilled to report our first month’s statistics for San Diego Recruiters Roundtable! Our membership has grown to 275 members who are HR Professionals, HR Consultants and Corporate Recruiters within San Diego’s human resource community. The diversity is exciting within our member base, which includes roughly 60 HR Consultants and 60 HR Executives who also have special access forums to discuss and share sensitive information in a private format.

 Our resume database is filling up and now has almost 2000 searchable resumes, and candidates and San Diego job seekers are coming to www.sdrecruiters.com and applying directly to our more than 90 job openings. Members can post jobs either for internal member search only, or elect to post them on our public searchable job site in our Career Center. We track the EEO data as shared by our applicants to help our HR Members encourage diversity recruiting and meet their Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity goals. We will begin reporting EEO data with March data at the end of the month.
